We offer FREE Express Delivery to Italy
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number for use on our courier website.
Deliveries arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days after placing your order. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Yekuana SRLS offers international express shipping for the following international destinations.
Cost of delivery is 20€:

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return the purchased items within 14 days starting from the day you received your order by sending a mail to yekuanaswim@gmail.com.
Shipping and handling charges for the first return will be complimentary.
please note that in the event of non-receipt of the shipment due to non-cooperation of the recipient, subsequent shipments will be entirely at the expense of the client.
All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
YEKUANASWIMWEAR.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, YEKUANASWIMWEAR.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Returns will be processed within 48 hours, this may vary during busy periods.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment. Allow 5- 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account depending on your banking circuit.
